Scott H. Gallant, MAI, SRA, CSA-G is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, licensed to provide appraisals of both Residential and Commercial Properties. He is also a qualified Expert Witness for the State of New York in Kings and New York Counties.

As an MAI and SRA member of The Appraisal Institute, Scott Gallant is recognized as a real estate solutions provider experienced in the analysis and valuation of commercial and residential real property. The Appraisal Institute is a worldwide organization dedicated to real estate appraisal education, publishing and advocacy whose mission is to support and advance its members and uphold professional credentials, standards of professional practice and ethics consistent with the public good.

Scott Gallant is also a past member on the Board of Governors of the Columbia Society of Real Estate Appraisers, a leading regional real estate appraisal organization in New York State.
